333kb Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "333kb" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the 333kb platform accessible at https://333kb.io and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the 333kb website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible through a 333kb account.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers for or uses a 333kb account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player following successful registration and KYC verification on the 333kb Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and available for wagering, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sports market, casino game, or specialty game on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, which requires submission of government-issued identification documents as specified in Section 3.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the 333kb Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 9 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 333kb Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 333kb enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed for and marketed to adults in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 333kb Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 333kb makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in all locations. If you access the Platform from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 333kb Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts associated with a duplicate registration will be permanently closed without warning, and any balances, winnings, or bonus funds across all associated accounts will be forfeited in full.

2.4 Registration Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

2.5 Account Approval

333kb reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Opening an account does not guarantee access to all Platform features — full access to real-money play is conditional on successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.

3. KYC Verification

3.1 Mandatory Verification

All 333kb accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification before real-money deposits and wagers are enabled. KYC verification requires submission of one or more of the following documents: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Additional proof of address or payment method verification may be requested at 333kb's discretion.

3.2 Timing of Verification

333kb may require KYC verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, after a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or following a significant change to account details. 333kb reserves the right to suspend account activity pending verification and to withhold withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Document Standards

Documents submitted for KYC must be clear, unaltered, current, and legible. Edited, expired, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities. 333kb uses SSL-encrypted submission channels for all KYC documents and retains them in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.4 Enhanced Due Diligence

For accounts showing large transaction volumes, unusual activity patterns, or other risk indicators, 333kb may apply enhanced due diligence measures including requests for source-of-funds documentation, additional identity evidence, or enhanced account monitoring. Failure to cooperate with enhanced due diligence may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Account Use & Security

4.1 Personal Use Only

Your 333kb account is strictly for your personal use. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, place bets on your behalf, or operate your account in any way. Any activity on your account is deemed to be yours regardless of who initiated it, unless you have notified 333kb of unauthorised access in writing without delay.

4.2 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. 333kb will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must use a strong, unique password and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised. 333kb accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Suspicious Activity Reporting

If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 333kb support team immediately via live chat. Upon notification, 333kb will take reasonable steps to protect your account, which may include a temporary suspension pending investigation. 333kb is not liable for losses incurred prior to a report of unauthorised access.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

333kb accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 333kb reserves the right to amend accepted payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and processing fees at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Real Money Balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. 333kb is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, network outages, or issues on the player's mobile device. If a deposit is not credited within two hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are prohibited. 333kb reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method before processing withdrawals to any other method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours for fully verified accounts. VIP tier accounts receive priority processing. During periods of high volume, public holidays, or system maintenance, processing times may extend. 333kb targets completion of all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval but does not guarantee this timeframe.

5.5 Withdrawal Holds

333kb may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (c) a security review is in progress; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated. Players will be notified of the reason for any withdrawal hold and the steps required to resolve it.

5.6 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 333kb Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 333kb does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any conversion required by your payment provider is your responsibility and at your provider's applicable exchange rate.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 333kb are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which shall include wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game categories. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by product — sports bets, live casino tables, and slot games may each contribute at different rates as specified in the relevant promotion. Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Balance on all wagers unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

333kb actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk qualifying bets followed by opposing bets on a secondary account, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, 333kb reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and close the account.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on the 333kb Platform are subject to acceptance by 333kb. 333kb reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including for reasons of unusual betting patterns, suspected match-fixing, or risk management requirements. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a bet confirmation reference is issued.

7.2 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

In the event that odds, lines, or prices are published in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — 333kb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' Real Money Balances. 333kb is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, even if a bet confirmation was issued.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a period of suspension will not be accepted. Due to the real-time nature of in-play betting, there may be a brief delay between an event occurring and the suspension of affected markets. 333kb is not liable for bets placed on outcomes that were already determined at the time of bet submission where this results from internet latency or device issues on the player's side.

7.4 Abandoned & Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 333kb will settle bets in accordance with its event-specific rules. Generally, bets on events that do not complete within a specified timeframe will be voided and stakes returned. 7.5 Casino Game Rules

Casino games offered on the 333kb Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game as provided by the game supplier (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). In the event of a malfunction of any casino game, the round in question will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Real Money Balance.

8. Responsible Gaming

333kb is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all account holders free of charge from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform per session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333kb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such activity must be reported to 333kb support immediately
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events
• Colluding with other players in casino games including poker or other games where player interaction affects outcome
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to fraudulently recover funds already wagered and lost
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account
• Any conduct that 333kb, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 333kb Platform — including but not limited to the brand name 333kb, logos, design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 333kb or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or sell any content from the 333kb Platform without prior written consent from 333kb. Scraping of odds, prices, or game data is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use of 333kb intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333kb's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333kb is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; (c) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (d) interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or third-party service outages; or (e) losses arising from your use of the Platform contrary to these Terms or applicable law.

The 333kb Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333kb makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

12. Amendments to These Terms

333kb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, you should contact 333kb support in the first instance. 333kb aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution channels.

333kb does not accept jurisdiction of any court or tribunal beyond what is required by applicable law. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in English. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
